Quotation are invited for Cabana Building Patio Architectural Design.
1. This design work is to modify the Cabana Building patio area to enclosed room with the best
architectural design to accommodate temperature controlled space in the patio area.
2. Review the existing structural design to make sure the new modifications will not affect the
existing structural integrity.
3. Design various concept drawings to show options for the new design in harmony with the
existing surroundings.
4. After the approval of the concept drawing from the selections, the contractor will perform
further details of the design including:
a. Elevations (North, South, East, West).
b. Dimension plan
c. Floor plan
d. Ceiling plan
e. Wall plan, wall sections, wall type
f. Room finish schedule
g. Windows and frames schedules and details
h. Doors and frames schedules and details
i. Interior elevations and details.
j. Detailed material specifications for the design
5. Furniture details
6. All design specifications should be as per the following standards:
a. International Building Code (IBC)
b. International Energy Conservation Code (IECC)
c. International Fire Code (IFC)
7. All design documents should be submitted on AutoCAD and pdf format.
