10% Performance Bond required to be submitted in the form of an irrevocable payable on demand and unconditional Bank Guarantee Obtaining from the recognize bank operating in Sri Lanka by the successful bidder if the contract value exceed Rs. 5, 000, 000/= (Excluding VAT). Validity of which should be 28 days beyond intended completion date.
If the contract value for works exceeding Rs 250, 000 (Excluding VAT) and service exceeding Rs 500, 000 (Excluding VAT) successful bidder to be signed an agreement with the Sri Lanka Navy.
