1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2023, intends to apply the sum of Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (P 85, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Calibration of Various Hospital Equipment of Guimba Dist. Hospital. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar day from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
