Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service/Alaska Fisheries Science Center requires a Calorimeter unit This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation utilizing FAR Part 52.211-6 procedures. The desired product is a Parr Instruments 6420 CLEA Expandable Automatic Isoperibol Calorimeter and additional oxygen bomb unit to assist with servicing.

Any alternate units offered would need to meet all salient, functional, performance, and physical characteristics of the brand name unit identified. See terms and conditions for inclusive language under FAR 52.211-6.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
