This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of ECC Environment and Climate Change (“ECC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for campground electrical improvements at four Provincial Parks as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).Proponents are invited to submit pricing for each location separately. Proponents may submit pricing for one, two, three, or all four locations.The work is being done in the following locations: Bays 15 and 16 in the Grand Beach Campground, Bay 3 in the Gull Harbour Campground (Hecla/Grindstone Provincial Park), Fox Bay in Birds Hill Campground and Bay 10 in Kiche Manitou Campground in Spruce Woods Provincial Park. Work site location will not be occupied during construction.Procurement Services is administering this RFP process.
