The Government of Georgia signed a Loan Agreement with the World Bank for financing the implementation of the Log-in Georgia Project (“Project”). The Project objective is to increase access to affordable broadband internet and to promote its use by individuals and enterprises, In targeted rural settlements. Within the scope of the Project, for alignment with the EU regulations, the approximation to the Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the European Council, a draft resolution of the Government of Georgia on the approval of the technical regulation on radio equipment has been prepared. The objective of the CS is a practical implementation analysis of the “Technical regulation on Radio Equipment”.
