Description
GENERAL STATEMENT:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items issued by the 23d Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued for the requirement described herein.
REQUIREMENT:
23d FSS requires full replacement of the automatic car wash, addition of two vacuum and fragrance stations, upgrade of existing vacuums, and addition of two shampoo/vacuum stations.
Three existing awnings must be replaced. LED lighting upgrades to the automatic car wash bay, three self-service bays, and awnings are required. Pressure wash and paint all ceilings, walls, and floors in three self-service and automatic car wash bays. Addition of bill/coin/tap/credit payment hardware/software and signage for all bays/units are required. Use of existing track, guide rails, entry arch and blowers in automatic car wash bay is allowable. Quotes should include shipping of all items/supplies, installation of all components, all equipment rentals relevant to the installation process. The contractor will be responsible for proper cleanup and disposal of unused/replaced components.
Contractor will also be responsible for providing initial training facility staff to familiarize them with the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the new car wash machine. Also give detailed documentation, including user manuals, maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting guides, to the 23 Force Support Squadron representatives for future reference.

SITE VISIT:
A site visit will be held on Tuesday August 15 2023 at 1 PM EDT. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
