THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Veterans Benefits Administration has a requirement for educational and vocational aptitude and interest assessments. The applicable NAICS code is 518210. This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses with valid registrations on the System for Award Management, website (http://sam.gov/). It is anticipated a Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted at www.FBO.gov within one (1) day.
