The market, subject of the consultation, aims to carry out, on behalf of and at the request of the Grand Est Region, an accounting and financial analysis of companies in difficulty in the territory including at least certain indicators (such as the profitability threshold, Self-financing capacityt and the working capital requirement), the detailed and monthly cash flow forecast over a minimum of six months, a cash flow table, an analysis of the last 3 balance sheets. It is envisaged to benefit the service to approximately 10 companies. Market Validity Period Is 36 MonthsFrom its notification to the holder. The contract will be concluded in the form of a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders without a minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 100, 000.00 Euro excluding tax over the duration of the contract
