The Nsw Police Force (Nswpf) Invites Tenders From Suitable Suppliers For The Provision Of Catering Services For The Major Events Group (Meg) In The Sydney Metropolitan Region.Meg Orchestrates The Policing Response For A Diverse Range Of Events, Including Regular Planned Events Such As New Year's Eve, Mardi Gras And The Sydney Marathon, As Well As Responding To Planned Ad-Hoc Events Like Protests, Dignitary Visits, And Last-Minute Events Like Emergencies Across Nsw.Key To Meg-S Operations Is Providing Meal Planning And Catering For Nswpf Employees Who Are Required To Police These Events. As Such, We Are Seeking Suppliers For Two Catering Scopes:1. Individual Meal Packs: Transportable Meals For Police To Consume On-The-Go.2. Buffet Catering: Sit-Down Buffet-Style Meals.Suppliers Are Invited To Tender For Either Or Both Catering Scopes. Nswpf Aim To Engage A Primary Supplier(S), Supported By Backup Supplier(S), Ensuring Flexibility And Mitigating Risks Associated With Event Complexities. This Is A Unique Opportunity For Suppliers To Contribute To The Success Of Major Events Across Nsw And Support The Nswpf In Delivering Exceptional Services.
