Breakfast must include sunny-side up eggs, meat viand (no pork) and fried/steamed rice.
Lunch & dinner must include at least two (2) main course of beef/chicken/fish (no pork) and 1 variant of vegetable, soup/salad, dessert, one (1) round of juice/iced tea/soda and steamed rice.
Distilled drinking water and dispenser shall be provided by the SP
Service Provider (SP) must provide food that are freshly cooked and prepared on the day of the activity.
Must include free-flowing brewed coffee, creamer and sugar. Must be served in porcelain/ceramic coffee cup and saucer set and stainless-steel teaspoon
Must use porcelain/ceramic plates, stainless-steel utensils, and glass drinking glasses
Must use eco-friendly packaging or re-usable container for left-over food.
