Site Visit
a. Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work will be included in any contract awarded as a result ofthis solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will beperformed.
b. An organized site visit has been scheduled for - 23 May 2024 at 9:30 am CST.Name: SSgt Taylor WilliamsAddress: 81st Contracting Squadron, 310 M St, Bldg. 4605, Keesler AFB, MS 39534Telephone: 228-377-1814
c. All site visit participants MUST have a base pass in order to attend. Unless you already have base access i.e.retired military ID card or have a current badge/pass due to an ongoing contract held on Keesler AFB, a passmust be obtained from the Keesler AFB visitor center. Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their identification card) ofeach site visit attendee must be sent to taylor.williams.26@us.af.mil by COB on 21 May 2024.In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid drivers license, and if driving, avehicle registration and vehicle insurance document. A background check will be conducted on all individualsrequesting a pass.
Participants may pick up their pass from the Visitors Center at the Division Street Gate entrance to Keesler AFBat least 2 hour before the site visit is scheduled. Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 0600- 1700, Friday 0600 - 1600. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 2 hour before thescheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45-90 minutes.The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 - 0900. Please plan to get your basepass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass.
