Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, ” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 dated 06/02/2023.

Professional Instruction Services - Cellebrite Courses shall be firm fixed-price (FFP) and inclusive of all instructor labor, travel, and training materials required to conduct a course of up to 11 attendees at the on-site location identified below.
Period of Performance (PoP): 5-9 August 2024
Place and Performance of Services: The course shall be conducted at the Tucson High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) located at 7741 N. Business Park Dr, Tucson, AZ 85743. The contractor shall, with some exceptions, provide servicesbetween the hours of 0700-1800 hrs Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the work force are essential.
