Cemetery Administration Software

Fenland District Council operates across seven cemeteries, with an average of 250 interments per annum, being a mix of both cremation and burials. This is administered through the Council-s in-house bereavement team with site operational works carried out by the Council-s grounds maintenance contractor. In addition, a rolling memorial inspection plan is in place checking approximately 50, 000 memorials on a 5-year rotational basis.



Fenland District Council is looking for a software package to process all aspects of cemetery management including plot mapping, bookings, payments and memorial safety inspections.



Minimum Requirement



• Suppliers should have a proven track record in supply of cemetery administration software to local authorities.

• Software to be capable of plot mapping existing burials.

• It must be able to book new burials and all appointments, funeral or other.

• The software should be able to provide statistical information.

• The software must comply with current legislation.

• The software must be capable of memorial safety inspection process and recording information within current legislation.

• The software should be web-enabled allowing users to access information about their bookings via the web, a payment portal, and the ability to book online.
