Centerless Grinding Valve Refacing Machine
Rottler VR12 or Equal
For Red River Army Depot (RRAD)
Scope. This brand name or equal purchase description sets forth the minimum requirements for the purchase and turn-key installation of one (1) each Rottler model VR12 (or equal) Centerless Grinding Valve Refacing Machine. The vendor shall supply tooling and accessories to allow refacing of valves in accordance with the specifications outlined in this PD. The vendor shall provide off-loading, unpacking, setup, and connection to all utilities at the installation location. Utilities will be provided within twenty (20) feet of the installation location. At the completion of the equipment installation, the vendor shall provide on-site operator training at RRAD.
Place of Performance. The items acquired via this contract shall be delivered, installed, and made fully operational at building 345 automotive machine shop at Red River Army Depot located at Texarkana, Texas 75507.
Period of Performance. The vendor shall furnish and install all equipment, accessories, tooling, and complete all training and technical requirements of this contract no later than three (3) months after the date of contract award.
Recognized Holidays. The contractor shall not perform on-site work on the following holidays:
