The subject of the order is the purchase of platform software, or software licenses, support services, and related services (e.g. cloud services). DNS is intended for licenses and services provided by IBM or equivalent, such as automation, analytics, database, security, storage, cognitive solutions, tools and others.

The purpose of establishing DNS is to create a platform for state and public administration to enter contracts in DNS in order to enable public contracting authorities and contracting authorities to flexibly enter contracts in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according totheir real needs, i.e. at the time and to the extent known to him and at the same time from the level of the state license manager to centrally manage and monitor the purchase of licenses of individual controlled persons.
