Description : CERTIFYING BODY AUDIT SERVICES FOR CONDUCT OF FIRST SURVEILLANCE AUDIT

CONSULTANCY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Be a duly registered as an Certifying body at PhilGEPS

2. Must be duly accredited by an IAF accredited body in terms of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 to provide QEMS certification to ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015

3. Must have consultancy service experience:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting ISO QEMS audits/certification

-Minimum of 3 ISO QEMS government certification projects conducted.

4. Must have local or regional based office.

5. Contract term: 1 year
