Sources Sought Notice - IS RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10, MARKET RESEARCH.
This Sources Sought notice or Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as either a solicitation or an obligation on the part of Government.
