Tender Details

The scope of this CfQ is to establish a Contractor for the provision of a service, namely the certification of workshop machines under the remit of the Manufacturing and Services Directorate (MSD) within the Public Works Department. The contract shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the last date of signature on the Contract Agreement. The contract-s validity period may be extended further by up to three (3) month or until the contract value has been reached, whichever comes first. Such certification shall be carried out by a Competent Person (Key Expert/s) to comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
