The Farms Focus On Preparing Prisoners For Successful Re-Entry Into The Community When They Are Released, Giving Them Job Skills Linked To Agricultural Production. The Farms Breed Cattle And Sheep, Operate Industries For The Abattoir, Dairy, Poultry Farm, Market Gardens And Orchards.The Department Of Justice Requires The Supply And Delivery Of Chicken Pullets To The Karnet Prison Farm. This Requirement Is For Approximately Seven 7 Deliveries Of 650 Hens Per Delivery Per Year And Includes The Salmonella Vaccination And Laying Chicken Levy.
