The Solution Will Be Utilised Across Ecu, Western Australia Academy Of Performing Arts (Waapa) & School Of Arts & Humanities (Sah) Campuses.Event And Venue Management Processes Currently Used Do Not Meet Waapa-S Needs And Requirements For The New Ecu City Campus Facilities Due To Go Live Early 2026. Introduction Of A Dedicated New Event & Venue Management Solution Is Required To Cater For More Complex Requirements Brought About By The City Campus Transition. The Objective Of This Procurement Is To Provide An Industry Standard And Contemporary Event And Venue Management Software Solution. The Desired Solution Will Ensure All Waapa Performance And Or Recital, Relevant Sah Spaces And Associated Rooms Within City Campus Are Uploaded And Mapped Against An Agreed Process, As Outlined By Waapa And Sah. The Selected Solution Will Need To Ensure All Agreed Waapa And Sah Operational Requirements Are Met As Detailed In The Scope Of Requirements, Found At Part C Of This Request.
