The Project Consists Of Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements At The City¿s Northwest Wpcp Including The Installation Of A Pump Station, Biofiltration Treatment System Package Unit, Piping, And All Necessary Appurtenances For Complete Installation. All Permits Required For The Construction Of This Project Are Expected To Be Approved Prior To The Date Of The Bid Opening. Acquisition Of Property For Permanent Easements, Right Of Way, Etc. Is Not Expected To Be Required For This Project. The City Of Rochelle Is Committed To Affirmatively Further Fair Housing. This Project Is Funded In Part By A Community Development Block Grant. The Work To Be Performed Under This Contract Is Under A Program Providing Direct Federal Financial Assistance From The Department Of Housing And Urban Development And Is Subject To The Requirements Of Section 3 Of The Housing And Urban Development Act Of 1968 As Amended, 12 U.s.c. 1701 U.
