Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers mentioned below:(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Civil construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.(b) The tenderer shall have following specific experience: i. A satisfactory completion of Building Construction Under Public Sector of at least Tk 54, 00, 000.00 (Fifty Four Lakh) under 1 (One) contract over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. ii. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication in News Paper. iii. The Tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned PE (Procuring Entity) but not below the rank of Executive Engineer.(c ) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1, 00, 00, 000.00 ( One Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.(d) Required Tender capacity shall be Tk. 60, 00, 000.00 (Sixty Lakh) only.(e) Other Terms and Conditions as Stated in TDS, PCC & Tender Document.
