Tenders are invited for Civil Engineering Services at Albion Housing Development, Manchester
The NOT requires the services of a registered civil engineering firm to provide pre-construction consultancy services to facilitate the development of approximately 820 housing solutions on 133.1 hectares (329 acres) of land at Albion, Manchester.
The successful consultant will be required to:
• carry-out on-site and off-site reconnaissance and checks before starting designing activities tor the development
• investigate, plan and design the civil infrastructure for the development
• prepare all related design drawings and specifications
• obtain all the related design approvals from the relevant agencies and authorities
• prepare the tender and contract documents to facilitate the procuement of the contractor for the works.
