INVITATION TO BID

The LGU of Albuera, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee invites interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Civil Works by Contract for the Construction Perimeter Fence with Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) in the amount of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos and 17/100 (Php 4, 999, 980.17) through 20% Development Fund.

Bidders should have satisfactory experience in undertaking this kind of activity within the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of this proposed procurement for bidding. The eligibility check/screening as well as preliminary examination of bids use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest bid shall be conducted.
