This purchase file concerns the various cleaning services for the users of Fluvius' 'off-grid' buildings, spread throughout Flanders. This order is an order for services within the meaning of art. 2, 21 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016. The purchase file bconsists of 3 lots: • Lot 1: Regular and specific one-off and periodic cleaning services incl. window cleaning, sanitary attributes, anti-dust mats and hygienic containers for all buildings • Lot 2: Audit on cleaning • Lot 3: Pest control A framework agreement will be drawn up per lotto be closed with 1 tenderer. In this first step of the procedure, one can apply for one or more plots. The candidate states for which plot or plots he is applying on the application for participation form.
