Request for Tender: Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Services for Financial Year 2022/23 to Fy2024/25
The required tenderer will be engaged to provide cleaning services including cleaning
equipment and supplies in the SEDCO Headquarters and all ten estates, as listed in
the bill of quantities.
2.1 Floor Cleaning
a. Sweeping of all hard floor area
b. Cleaning and washing of all tiled floor areas
c. Vacuum cleaning and brushing of all carpet areas
d. Shampooing and deep cleaning of all carpets
2.2 Refuse Removal
a. Emptying and cleaning all refuse bins
b. Removal of all refuse in all areas
c. Emptying of all shredding machines
2.3 Dusting
a. Dusting of all horizontal surfaces
b. Dusting of all fire extinguishers
c. Dusting of all light fittings
d. Dusting of all air conditioners
2.4 Glass, Metal and Tiled Surfaces
a. Removal of marks on frames and doors
b. Cleaning and polishing of all metal finishes
c. Cleaning of the interior of all windows
2.5 General
a. Dusting and polishing of all furniture
b. Wiping down of all electronic equipment and telephones
c. Polishing of all wooden surfaces
d. Collecting and cleaning all crockery and cutlery
e. Preparation of tea and coffee
2.6 Grounds
a. Cleaning and sweeping of outside grounds
b. Gardening and weeding, watering of flower pends, gardens and loans
c. Refuse disposal
