02. Tender documents for above services can be obtained at the Establishment Branch of this office from 01.02.2024 to 21.02.2024 between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm on working days, by issuing the slip for the payment of non-refundable tender fee deposited under the name of Government Agent, Ampara and request letter.
03. Tender form for the above services should be submitted with the bid amount mentioned in the above table.
04. Tenders can be submitted until 10.00 am on 22.02.2024 and tender will be opened at 10.30 am on the same
day.
05. Tenderer or an authorized person having a written authority from the tenderer can be present at the opening of tender.
06. Tenderer or authorized person of the tenderer should produce the National Identity Card/Valid Passport/ Valid Driving License and letter of power delegation to verify his or her name at any time of opening tender.
