Tenders are invited for Clearing of the North East Segment (Section 2) (34km) of the Senator Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja Circular Road.

Interested contractors are to submit the following documents:
a) Certificate of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
b) FIRS current Tax Clearance of Limited Company for years 2023, 2022 & 2021;
c) Oyo state BIR current personal income tax clearance certificate for two directors. (2021-2023).
d) Current certificate of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) in Category E.
e) Evidence of current registration of business premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo State.
f) Contractors financial reports for years 2018-2023;
g) Evidence of financial capability (Reference letter from reputable bank)
h) Sworn affidavit disclosing:
• disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the procurement entity or Bureau is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars;
• That no director has been convicted in any county for any criminal offence relating to fraud impropriety or criminal misrepresentation of falsification of facts relating to any matter.
• That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form or bankruptcy proceedings of the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceeding
i) Evidence of payment of non-refundable prequalification fee of N50, 000.00 into Oyo State Government account, Revenue Code 4040024.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
i. Verification evidence/list of previous/similar/projects executed with letters of commissioning and certificate of practical completion;
ii. Company profile and organization structure including names and resume of key personnel with address and phone numbers.
iii. Evidence of registration of company key personnel with relevant professional bodies.
iv. Evidence of current practice license of key personnel with relevant professional regulatory bodies (COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc
v. List of plants and equipment.
vi. List and address of sub-contractors and technical partners.
vii. Letter of consent to allow for verification of claims on documents, equipment, sub-contractors/technical partners.
viii. Any other document deemed relevant.

All prequalification documents should be arranged and bounded as listed below;
i. Two (2) sets of bounded prequalification documents should be enclosed in separate envelopes with original and duplicate imprinted on the project title written on the top right corner of the envelope.
ii. The two (2) envelopes should been closed in a bigger envelope with the project title written on the top right corner of the envelope.
iii. The bounded prequalification documents should be addressed to:

Oyo State Secretariat, Ibadan.
And submitted between the working hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
iv. This prequalification exercise shall be open for a period of ten (10) working days from the date of this advertisement. (22 Feb. 2024)
v. The prequalification documents shall be opened immediately at the expiration of the prequalification period at the office of Secretary, State Tenders Board.
vi. The technically qualified contractors shall be invited for financial bidding, which shall be opened after working days of opening the prequalification documents.
vii. Interested bidders are invited to attend.
viii. All later submission shall be rejected and disqualified from participation in the prequalification opening process.
