This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26223Q0126The Department of Veterans Affairs Tucson Healthcare System, Tucson, CA 85623 has a purchase requirement for Three (3) each fully equipped Club Car Carryalls 700 Electrical Golf Carts with additional features/accessories listed below. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA Tucson Healthcare System 3601 South 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723. Shipping included in cost.Brand-Name Only JustificationVA Tucson Healthcare System has purchased and primarily uses Club Car Carryall Brand Electric Carts for hauling, transporting, and picking up various medical equipment and personnel throughout the facility to perform daily duties. VA Tucson Maintenance Team is already trained to conduct preventive maintenance services on these electrical carts and keeps repairing parts in stock to perform emergency repairs. By utilizing the same brand, the facility will have a vast supply of interchangeable parts along with current training of repairing these types of club carts and minimize the additional purchase on repairing parts in the future.No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
