Description : Invitation to Bid for the Cluster Project 2024-01:

1. Construction Of Community Service Center Phase 1

2. Rehabilation of Pay-a, Baang Kilong Pathway





1. The Barangay Government of Kilong, Sagada through the General Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum and project indicated below, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Cluster Project 2024-01 with the approved budget of Php 802, 604.20

All the clustered projects shall be treated as one project with the Total ABC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Kilong LGU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Experience for these projects is not required. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
