This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2024-070-OP Collection and Recycling of Textiles, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars.
The City is looking for Proposals for the provision of the collection of textiles through various avenues including curbside pickup, collection bins located at landfills and special events for the City of Kawartha Lakes.
