Deadline for the execution of the public procurement: The deadline for the execution of the public procurement is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of conclusion of the public procurement contract.
The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate the contract early in the event of an amendment nand the legal and by-law normative framework, which regulates a different order for the implementation and financing of the activities of collection, transportation and maintaining the cleanliness of the territories for public use. In this case, the Contracting Authority does not owe compensation to the contractor for the damages suffered by the reqthe termination of the contract damages.
Place of execution: The collection and transportation of waste will be carried out on the territory of the settlements of the Lukovit municipality, as follows: the city of Lukovit and the villages: Dermantsi, Duben, Karlukovo, Toros, Petrevene, Peshterna, Rumyantsevo, Todorichene, Uglen, Bezhanovo and Belenци.
