The purpose of this contract is the collection of all voluntary glass supply columns, aerial and buried, located in the territory of the city of DIEPPE (28, 813 inhabitants as of January 1, 2024) and transport to the quay of transfer of the Mixed Syndicate for the Elimination of Wastethe Arrondissement of Rouen (SMEDAR) located in Rouxmesnil-Bouteilles (76 370).

Thus, the service includes:

- the supply of rolling collection equipment,

- the operation and maintenance of this equipment,

- the personnel necessary to provide this service,

- the circulation of information necessary tothe community to control the services.

On the other hand, the following services remain the responsibility of Dieppe-Maritime:

- the upkeep and maintenance of voluntary contribution points,

- the movement, addition or deletion of points of voluntary contribution
