This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes.

The NIDA seeks information on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) procurement software system for processing Federal Government task/delivery orders under indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles awarded in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5.
