The aim of the award procedure is to conclude a supply and service contract for the renewal of the control center systems of the 5 integrated regional control centers (IRLS) and the state fire brigade school (LFS) in the Free State of Saxony and the subsequent operation with a maximum term of vier years.

An essential component is the delivery and installation of the basic IT infrastructure on which all IRLS services and applications are to be operated. This applies to both the services advertised heree and applications as well as existing and future or new applications.
This basic IT infrastructure consists of 2 essential parts:
Part 1: high-performance and redundant cluster server architecture, which is completely based on standard IT hardware and implemented in a fully virtualized mannermust be.
Part 2: high-performance and redundant IP network including IT security components, to which all servers, clients, large screen walls, gateways, etc. must be connected and all communication and data must be transmitted.
On the above-mentioned basic IT infrastructure in the first stepAll central network and management services (directory, DNS, DCHP, SNMP, SMTP, ticket system, etc.) can be installed. These should be used uniformly by the following applications.
