This framework agreement aims to select an agency specializing in communication to design and put into the commercial communication of the TxIK TxAK network, supervised byThe Basque Country Mobility Syndicate - Adour.

The Communication Agency will be responsible for:

? Producing and constantly updating the creative elements of the Txik Txak brand;

? Design and produce creative communication campaign concepts for the promotion and valuation ofMobility services piloted by the SMPBA with the aim of promoting the notoriety of the network and the modal postponement of the car to soft mobility;
