Stavanger development KF would like, via this competition, to enter into a contract for the construction of infrastructure connected to the first development stage for a residence at Odden, at Skråtårnet, in Jåttåvågen. The assignment concerns order requirements connected to Hinna Park development by THE DIRECTORATE of Public Construction and Property, Veidekke, who shall build a part of the basement car park and the buildings BB3, BB5 and BB6 with the accompanying internal infrastructure in detail plan 2761, annex 8.1. The development under the auspices of Veidekke will start before this project and will be carried out parallel to the final delivery and hand-over. Norconsult is responsible for engineering design services for this project. The competition is being put as assignments above the EEA threshold based on the development of the main facility for the entire development area being divided into stages, where the total exceeds the threshold value. The contract value for this assignment, the first construction stage, is below the threshold value.
