UNLV seeks an experienced and qualified Nevada-licensed general contractor to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide the services for its Complete Fit Out of the fMRI Suite and Chamber in the Science and Engineering Building (SEB). PLEASE NOTE: FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS, A PROPOSER MUST BE QUALIFIED AS A BIDDER WITH THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR THE COST CATEGORY REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT. PLEASE REFER TO http://publicworks.nv.gov/Bids/Bids/. A MANDATORY Site Visit will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. PST. Proposers should meet at the following location: UNLV Science and Engineering Building (SEB), https://www.unlv.edu/maps/campus/SEB (See Site Visit Map on the Attachments tab in NGEM.) All Proposers must sign in and stay for the entire mandatory site visit in order to qualify to propose on this project. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
