Tender Details

The object of this Service Contract is the completion of the Feasibility Study for the Brașov - Bacău Highway, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference and the relevant legislation.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with the changes and complesubsequent countries, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting the offertelos.

In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days beforeof the deadline for submission of offers.

The deadline for answering the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare the offers in the light of the answers provided by the Con Authoritytractor.
