Complex reconstruction of the national cultural monument Konventna 1, Bratislava Description: The complex reconstruction of the building at Konventna No. 1 in Bratislava is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the historic, heritage-protected building. They will be implemented in connection with the implementation of the comprehensive renovationmeasures related to:1. structural and technical renovation of the building, 2. renovation of technical systems, 3. installation of bicycle transport elements, 4. barrier-free. The proposal for the reconstruction of the account with: A. Envelope constructions: renovation of the perimeter walls of the building, renovation of the building's stress plastic, renovation of the internal constructions of the departmentcovering heated and unheated areas of the building, basement, floor insulation, renovation of perimeter structures. B. Equipment: installation of a heat pump for a heat pipe. heating system, heating reconstruction, forced ventilation system with heat recovery, artificial lighting system, reconstruction of electrical wiring and installation of photovoltaic panels.C. Other activities: remediation of dampness of walls, restoration of external surface treatments and opening structures, roof repair, internal distribution of engineering networks, sanitation, implementation of an elevator, debarrierization of the building, installation of a cooling systemand in the attic of the building, tree planting, bicycle parking.
