Comprehensive One (1) Year Quarterly Maintenance of
Twenty-One (21) High Frequency CODAR Radars
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million Five Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred pesos (Php33, 518, 800.00) only, being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Comprehensive One (1) Year Quarterly Maintenance of Twenty-One (21) High Frequency CODAR Radars” PR 2023-10-0631 EPA / IB 2024-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery period shall be three hundred sixty (360) calendar days upon receipt of NTP. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
