Short description of the procurement: The building has 15 apartments. The building is partly two -storey, partly three -storey,
floors are shifted by half the floor. The building has partially full height
basement floor, partly the floor has a soil with utility channels, partly low basement.
PlannedExterior facade insulation (200 mm thickness in the balconies and 80 mm in balconies)
and coating with plaster system, replacement of windows and doors, insulation of plinth (100 mm) and
coating with cement boards. Attic ceiling insulation (500 mm). Installation of new roofing
(trapezoidal profile sheet) with roof equipment. NewInstallation of balcony boundaries. Installation of
framed sliding glasses for balconies. Construction of new stairs.
