Tenders are invited for Concept Initiation Expert
FSF is looking for a Concept Initiation Trainer to conduct a 3 hour training followed by one on one clinics for 10 startups.
This program is under the ACT Smart Innovation Hub, a comprehensive initiative launched by Berytech and funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lebanon.
Concept Initiation:
Onboarding startups and training them how to segment their customers, define what is the problem they are facing and build their solution architecture. Startups will learn to develop their unique value propositions.
Concept Initiation Workshop:
Short introduction to the fundamentals of customer discovery theory: pain points, assumptions, Jobs-to-be-done, pains and gains.
What does a persona look like? How do we recognize their characteristics? And most importantly how do we segment them?
Teaching the startups that Customer Discovery and Experimentation is a recursive process developed to understand the customers- needs, before proceeding.
