Please note that this is a concession under the KonzVgV (not under the VgV). Concession provider: Municipality of Aarbergen. Awarding of a concession, which in particular provides project management for the planning, financing, construction and operation of a wind turbine park (WEA) in the communityown areas in the municipality of Aarbergen, Panrod district. The tendered service (planning, financing, construction and operation of the WEA) is to be provided by the concessionaire on the basis of a licensing agreement. The available area is 26 hectares. The area to be coveredThe resulting development area has been designated by the Darmstadt Regional Council as priority area No. 2-926 for the use of wind energy in accordance with TPEE 2019 (TPEE 0 Sub-Plan for Renewable Energy). A wind farm is to be built on the area provided. This system should depend on:efficiency and the grid connection must be planned with the maximum possible performance. The planning of the grid connection of the WEA is not part of the services to be provided, but a transfer point must be planned on the medium voltage side.
