Brussels Airport Company wants to enter into an agreement through this procedure with an Operator who will operate a supermarket unit at Brussels Airport for approximately 7 years (see Request for Proposal).
The supermarket unit is located in the following airport zone:
•Arrival Hall
The Operator will thesell the following product categories in the supermarket unit:
1 - Dry food (with the exception of chocolate ballotins of more than 250 g and with the exception of the following chocolate brands: Neuhaus, Godiva, Corne Port-Royal, Marcolini and Leonidas)
2 - Beverages (limited up to a maximum of 15 linear metreser)
3 - Bakery products (including viennoiserie, pastries)
4 - Fruit and vegetables
5 - Fresh food and ready-made meals
6 - Frozen products
7 - Meat products (processed meats)
8 - Drugstore, hygiene, parapharmacy
9 - Non-Food (including e.g. multimedia, batteries, etc., but excluding press and booand National Lottery products)
The Operator will also sell the Tobacco category in the Unit, as long as this is legally permitted.
In addition to the above products, the Operator must offer the following services in the Unit:
1 - Parcel Collection Point
2 - Post point
3 - Collection point forglass bottles
On 01/02/2024 at 10:00 am CET (duration - 2 hours), Brussels Airport Company is organizing an optional information session and a site visit. Candidates must confirm their attendance at the session before 30/01/2024 at 11:00 CET and email the names of the participants (maximum 2) to the email...
