The GWQ is registered as a society for economy and quality at KK according to § 130a Abs. 8 S. 5 SGBV for their Ashareholder and customer checkouts. With regard to the relevant legal regulations for the award of public contracts, a regular process of active substance-related, formal award procedures takes place by GWQ ServicePlus AG in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB. untilWhen new drug discount agreements come into force, the GWQ would like to conclude drug discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies.
