General construction description

The district committee of the Wetterau district is planning on the property "Fraunhofer Strasse 19 / Johannes-Gutenberg-Strasse 15". New construction of the 3.5-speed "Neue "Bad Vilbel Primary School" with school building and single-field sports hall.

The construction project is divided into the school building and single-field sports hall sub-areas. The two building parts (sub-projects) are each planned to be free-standing, but are connected underground via a non-accessible media tunnel. Tuee The sports hall is supplied via the school building.
