1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of P 4, 960, 242.97 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of New Katipunan Barangay Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Concreting of New Katipunan Barangay Road. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract within two years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, similar to the Project.
