The Municipality of Kalibo through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and Seventy Two Centavos (Php1, 999, 863.72) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Road at Tigayon Kalibo, Aklan (Road Leading to Tourist Destination-Ostrich Farm) with reference number 02-012-337-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
